If you're already journaling or using a training log, that's enough day-to-day. You don't owe me a report every night — I'm watching the trend and I'll reach out if something needs attention.

Any runner, any cyclist, any current level. The only real requirement is that you're serious about getting faster and willing to put in the work that takes.
